Coir dust or Coir Pith obtained as a by product from the Coir Industry is transported to our factories, stored under clean conditions for ageing and then washed and dried on concrete floors in a natural way. The material is then sieved to different fractions and compressed into Cocopeat Bricks, Cocopeat Bales, Cocopeat Grow Bags or Easy fill Planter bags according to the end use. Each factory has a built up are of 2,000 Sq.M and Concrete yards over 15,000 Sq.M. All the factories are managed by a team of trained staff members. The company also has well equipped laboratories in all its locations.

These factories have been the production centers for some of worlds leading brands in the Green House Industry. Apart from regular products we also produce Special mixtures enriched with Nutrients (NPK+) for various needs like for hardening Tissue culture plants, Nursery Seedlings, flowering plants like Orchids, Gerberas, Roses and for growing Vegetables like Tomatoes, Capsicum & Cucumber. Grow bags with special mixtures are available for Strawberries. We also produce Neem mixed Cocopeat and enriched with Bio fertilizers, Organic Nutrients for Organic cultivation. They are available in loose or compressed form according to requirements. We also manufacture Coir or Coco Husk Chips suitable for growing Orchids and for preparing special mixtures. Retail products are available as Carry packs and 50 Lit loose bags. The company also offers assistance in setting up of Green House projects with the help of its associate companies. Company is also registered under OMRI as a producer of Organic certified substrates.
